Back to Mine with HEREN

Zoot woman – Gem

This track is one of my early electroclash influences, I remember when I got the vinyl… and I still play it today.

Trentemoller – Take Me In To Your Skin

Since the day I discovered Trentemoller I fell in love with this album, perfect for listening in the car.

Bonobo – Recurring

When I feel like a change of pace Bonobo is the one for me.

Le Knight Club – Rhumba

Like many of us, Daft Punk have marked a huge musical influence on me. Some of you may know they also had their own personal side projects under different aliases. This is a track by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, also known as Guy Man.

Tom Glass – She Shines

For me, this is one of those perfect ‘after hours’ tracks to listen to. Sometimes I whack this on in the morning to start my day. Perfecto.

Alan Braxe & Fred Falke – Chrystal city

Since I began listening to French House this is one of the tracks I first listened to. I love the marriage of synth-funk-pop, one of those tracks you catch yourself dancing to without realizing. Gets me everytime…

The MFA – The Difference It Makes (Original Mix)

This track for me IS SUMMER. It reminds of relaxing on the beach with friends, enjoying life. Nothing but good vibes and long melodies.

The Cinematic Orchestra – Arrival of the Birds & Transformation

Funnily enough, I randomly discovered this band watching a documentary about pelicans haha. I instantly fell in love them (the band that is, not the pelicans) simply beautiful.

Gil Evans – New Bottle Old Wine / Jazz Music

This is one of those tracks that’s great for chilling at home. It’s also great when you’re in the kitchen cooking up a storm!

Deru – 1979

One of my go-to tracks to listen to after a gig to unwind, or even before going to sleep. I chose the first song which is also the name of the album “1979” as it really creates a sense of atmosphere and peace for me.

HEREN ‘Here & Now’

HEREN was previously one half of the group Yall, who had success with tracks like ‘Hundred Miles’, which has over 32,000,000 views on Youtube and was used in TV adverts for brands such as Desigual and Pepsi. Off the back of that, HEREN has decided to launch his own solo project to focus on production and composition in line with his own creativity.
His current single from this project ‘Here & Now’, has amassed over 1,700,000 streams on Spotify and has charted in the top 100 viral tracks in a number of countries, including 2nd in Argentina and 20th in Spain, so the growth is still occurring on the track. There is also a remix package for the EP, including remixes from Embody, Ramon Esteve and a harder club cut from HEREN himself.
