Minilogue

Theo Parrish Sound Sculptures Vol 1 (CD version!)
This album was released as a vinyl one year ago and now the CD version was released. The CD version is completly different from the vinyl album… much better. When you listen to the whole album you really understand why it’s called Sound sculptures!!

Mulatu Astatqé Ethiopiques
70’s jazz jam from Ethiopia, Africa. One of my favourite albums of all times!!

Pink Floyd Meddle
Nice album with some really long psycedelic tracks. Love the 20min long ‘Echoes’ track.

OMFO We are the shepherds
Here you have a bit different album. Balkan music mixed with Kraftwerk, techno, dub and some sheeps

Autechre Amber
Ahead of their time when it comes to electronic music!

Archive Londinium
This album is for sure one of the most important records for me, have listen to it 1000 times. For me this album also symbolize the trip hop era with (among other) Portishead & Massive Attack that musically have been very important for me. Their albums after this is dramatically different but also very good.

Future Sound of London Lifeforms
Orb, Orbital & Future Sound of London are groups that showed me the first path into electronic music in the beginning of the 90s. And  Lifeforms is a record that I have very special memories from. Their new album ‘The Isness’ is also a good example of the revival of 70s kraut and 60s psychedelica that I listen to a lot today.

Miles Davis In a silent way
Possible a very obvious choice but this record symbolise the importance of jazz & improvised music in my life. When Jazz and Improvised music is created from a minimal, deep and/or psychedelic point of view it really gives me the best inspiration for creating house and techno music.

Shank Do
The formation Shank, a group of 6 passionate improvisers from Berlin perform live shows around the globe. The recording was made of Burnt  Friedman who also made all edits, post production and dubs. An perfect example of the magic that can be made when you combine the spontaneous from live recordings with the cleverness from creative post production. More of this in dance music, please!

IMPS Bring out the IMPS
The IMPSness will get unleashed in end of May on Mule electronics.
