Back To Mine with maroglio.jay

Italian mainstay maroglio.jay, aka Giovanni Maroglio, has been deep in the scene for over 20 year. He has played all over Europe and runs his own club night, Humatron. Like his own sets and productions, it is a party that offers fresh and contemporary electronic sounds.  As his new single, ‘What House!’ drops on his own label, Humatron Records, DMCWorld goes back to mine with maroglio.jay.

Afrika Bambaataa & UB40 – Reckless

This song reminds me of the groove and mood that I look for in so many current tracks, I would like to create a mash-up in this style.

Depeche Mode – Everything Counts

In this song from Depeche Mode, we can hear how the synths and bass play off each other with a magical atmosphere, this is a real masterpiece.

Vanilla Ice – Ice Ice Baby

History says he is the first white man to make a rap masterpiece, I think an edit would be a nice idea, especially for the bass line.

Mennie – Yo ‘N Da Drum (Original Mix)

This bomb is the union of a current groove and rap vocal, a true masterpiece.

Josh Wink – Don’t Laugh

A real bomb of the past that still works today.

Laurent Garnier – Crispy Bacon

I still remember when it was released, the first time I listened to it,  I was amazed. I always take this record in my vinyl bag when I go to play in the clubs.

Gabriel Ananda – Doppelwhipper

This record is the best record ever, I play it in all my sets.

Marco Carola – Avalanche (Original)

This record needs no introduction

Bryan Adams – Run To You

The beautiful voice of Bryan Adams as he engages you with his electric guitar.

Mr. Oizo – M-Seq

An example of absolute superlative sub-bass and the synths sound perfect.

maroglio.jay – What House! Is out now on Humatron Records.
