Absolutely rocked Verknipt and had so much fun
Party/show of ADE?
Verknipt w/ Avotre, Do Not Sleep & Moda Black was the best night for us. We opened our area at 12:00 and the lights were still on because the guy of the lights wasn’t there at the moment. Within 10 minutes the whole area filled up and we played one of our most energetic sets there.
Standout tracks you played/heard during ADE?
We played a lot of unreleased tracks from ourselves but next to that we also played Ian Jay & Matt Williams – Freaks That Flow. Killer track that! Does the job every time.
Top 100 DJ thoughts?
We don’t really pay any attention to the DJ Mag Top 100 because it isn’t really part of our scene at all. We think it’s a popularity price and has nothing to do with the art of DJing or producing.
Party animal of the week?
Our good friend Tommy Vercetti came to Amsterdam and was also playing the Verknipt night. He’s a huge party animal and he proved that once again.
Why is ADE so important in the dance community?
During ADE, Amsterdam becomes the beating heart of the dance community. People all over the world come to share their love for the industry. It’s important because ADE is the week you can meet the people you’ve only spoken to online. This way you can get way more personal. Next to that it’s also lots and lots of fun.
