Back To Mine with Matt Walsh

After hours grooving…

The Beta Band – Dry The Rain

The soundtrack to many after-parties throughout university life in Nottingham. Sasha and Digweed followed by hours of Beta Band and Primal Scream were the norm. I closed the night with this at The End once too… Still would now actually.

Siouxsie And The Banshees – Red Light

This one became a regular early doors number at myself and Dan Avery’s “Movement Club” during its brief period.

A Sagittariun – Trine

A hugely underrated album from last year, check the whole thing out if you haven’t heard it before.

Death in Vegas – Dirge (Cossack Apocalypse Mix)

The first Sonic Mook Experiment is still one of my biggest influences, hence the name. This is one of the standout gems on there quadruple vinyl.
Steve Mackey & Jarvis Cocker on the remix……killer.

Typical Cats – Reinventing The Wheel

I discovered this after asking David Holmes what the hell it was during my early fabric years.

Acquiescence – Nocturnal Wave

Amazing late night vinyl only action from a couple of years back

Giorgio Moroder – Knights In White Satin

A big statement, but my favorite cover version of all time.

101 Force – Ray Tracing

An after party wouldn’t be complete without Ed Dmx in some way or form.

Rockets – Some Other Place, Some Other Time.

Another warm-up and after-party classic of mine.

David Keaton – Space Patrol

Brilliant early 80’s space jam.
