Back To Mine with My Digital Enemy

After hours grooving with the deadly duo

1. Alter Ego – Rocker
I loved this the first time I heard it.. We did a remix of this with Prok and Fitch for Skint a few years back and when ever we drop it it goes off! Proper banger!!

2. Fatboy Slim – Star 69
I remember hearing this at the free party Fatboy Slim did on Brighton beach in 2002.. safe to say the 200,000 people that were there were going mad for it! Even just dropping the vocal over beats when were playing gets a great reaction..

3. Underworld – Born Slippy
This classic track is a great one for the UK crowds. We released a re-make of it on our label Zulu Records.  Matt Caseli & Terry Lex did it justice and their version has become a main feature in a lot of our bigger sets.. It’s guaranteed to get people singing along.

4. Liquid – Sweet Harmony
The piano in this track works so well with the vocal sample.  It’s the pinnacle of that 90’s house sound in my eyes! We absolutely love it.. Always gives me a rush every time i hear that break..

5. Josh Wink – Higher State Of Consciousness
This track is basically 303’s with filters and res pushed to the hilt.. The build ups are insane.. The drums raw.  It’s all you need in a festival classic track!

6. SL2 – On A Ragga Tip
We just recently re-worked this track for Spinnin Deep.  It’s great to bring a classic like this back to life for todays clubbers.  It works so well for us when we drop it at festivals 🙂

7. Energy 52 – Cafe Del Mar
This track was one of the ones that got us into dance music back in the day. I think it must be the most recognisable riff and melody in electronic music.. Hands in the air!!

8. The Prodigy – Smack My Bitch Up
The energy levels in this track are off the scale.. This will literally cause a mosh pit on the dance floor!

9. Chemical Brothers – Block Rocking Beats
The Chemical Brothers have written so many classic tracks but Block Rocking Beats go down as one of the best!  So much energy with its raw drums and hooky vocal samples.

10. Massive Attack – Unfinished Sympathy
A great finishing track with its blissed out soulful vibes, lush strings and of course that vocal everyone has come to love so much!
