“At home in Miami preparing for Miami Music Week.”
Where can we catch you this time round?
“I’ll be headlining at LIV on Wednesday, hosting the MY HOUSE pool party on Saturday with a bunch of friends, and headlining the house stage at Ultra Saturday night.”
As a Miami resident – do you enjoy your home city being taken over by thousands of clubbers every year – or is it a pain?
“It’s fun for me as I don’t have to go anywhere and all my friends are in town.”
The best and worst thing about living in Miami?
“There is no bad thing Dan, I love it here.
Best Miami club right now?
“LIV.”
Another Saturday night, another night in Sin City at your residency at The Marquee Las Vegas. Are you loving it on the strip?
“There’s no where else like Vegas. It’s always insane. Everyone’s there just to party!”
It always intrigues me when DJs go to Vegas, you get bundles of dollar to entertain the masses out there – do you ever hit the gambling tables?
“No afraid not, I’m not a gambling man.”
So thrilling news for you at the moment with the launch of your monthly podcast MY HOUSE…talk us through this exciting new project…
“My podcast is different than my radio show, because on my radio show I can play a number of tracks that I wouldn’t necessarily DJ. I wanted to create this new series of podcasts to highlight my club sets.”

You of course won a Grammy for your remix of Lana Del Rey’s ‘Summertime Sadness’ back in 2013…it was another big night for awards a few weeks ago with The Oscars. Did you watch it and did you agree with the winners?
“I didn’t watch it so can’t comment. Was it any good?”

“Whatever I feel like the crowd is feeling is what I’ll play!”
