My track of the year has to be ‘Waxs’ by Paul C & Paolo Martini, mainly because of the share vibe of the track and whenever I play it, it never fails to deliver the desired energy needed in the club.
Your best DJ moment of 2015
Would have to say my set at AudioWhore in Sankeys Ibiza in June playing to 2000+, the vibe in that club is just something else, something you can not recreate any where else #LovedIt
Your worst DJ moment of 2015
Turning up to a sold out crowd at Fire & Lightbox in Vauxhall London and my Laptop (Serato) was just not cooperating with me, so ended up only playing for 20 mins then had to come off which was very frustrating.
Guilty pleasure track of 2015
The track I’ve enjoyed listening to so much this year with over 800 plays on my iTunes is by Lake People – ‘StepWise’.

DJ of the year
For me has to be Steve Lawler just based on the consistency and power of his sets, heard him at least 5 times this year and was impressed each time.
Label of the year
Has to be AW Records not one of the most obvious labels out there but they give opportunities to up and coming artists. That way they have a voice and have their music heard, which is always exciting to hear as the new kids usually have their hand in what’s hot and stay away from what’s not.
Best breakthrough producer
This one goes to Denney, a guy I’ve known for many years on the underground and finally got the break he desires with ‘Low Frequency’, so hands down in my opinion, best breakthrough producer has to be ‘Denney’.

Best piece of studio kit launched in 2015
This isn’t really a piece of studio kit so to speak but is something I use at the studio which new producers can now use at home for free. It’s the online TR 808 Drum machine emulator which is really cool, and works and operates more or less in the exact same way as the real thing, which is quite cool.
