Matty Adams’ Festival Tips 2016 – Part 10

By Matty Adams

For some of us, festivals are just that – festivals. However for many of us, festivals are more than just festivals. They are a way of life, they provide us with another realm to explore and we get to see all of our favourite acts gathered at one event over the course of a weekend – doesn’t sound too bad does it?

These are just a couple of reasons why we love the festival season. The fact that you can explore the world by attending these festivals just adds to the complete beauty of festival season too. Already in 2016 we have seen some incredible festivals take place around the globe with Mexico’s BPM Festival, Germany’s Time Warp Festival and Miami Music Week being just a select few examples of what the world has had to offer us this year.

With the summer months fast approaching, the globe has a few more belters in store for us. Here is part ten of my festival tips for 2016:

Opening their arms to over 150 internationally acclaimed artists for 2016, UNTOLD Festival will take place over four days in August welcoming the likes of Tiesto, Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Armin Van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Scooter, Faithless, Parov Stelar, Dubfire, Rudimental, Chase & Status, W&W and Nervo to the stage.

Originally, a pay with blood marketing campaign took place last year which saw 1,500 people donate blood. This saved the lives of over 3,100 people in Romania – a country which only 1.7% of the population actually donate their blood.
