A year in the making, Cosmic Gate’s third album freely mixes vocal and instrumental tracks to a high degree. First lady of trance Jan Johnston makes an appearance on the blissed out single ‘I Feel Wonderful’ and ‘TThis isThe Party’ but if anything it’s the finely wrought instrumentals that do best. ‘Element Of Life’ is a deep groover, while ‘Analog Feel’ has a mellow, blue feel to it before a pounding kick drum takes it higher. Constructed with typical German precision, the beats cut through some spaced-out textures up above to make for great listening on headphones oor, preferably first hand in the club. A surefooted release.
