Continuing on from the massive Shy FX volume 1, Friction rips up the mix with some of todays hottest tracks around. Most of the tracks are from the TOV stable though so its not a ‘Now thats what I call Jungle 2005’… That said most of the tracks are very well known and have destroyed dancefloors over the last 2 months, Sonic & Silver’s Generation Dub, Total Science’ Quicksilver and Supply & Demand’s Raggafied Shifting Gears are some of the Highlights. Track title of the collection must go to Simon Bassline and the boys for the seductively named ‘ A Pole Dancer named Eternity’… Friction is one of the new skool of DJ’s that is steadily rising through the ranks and with this mix under his belt you can expect to see a lot more of him around the club circuit and festivals this year.
