This is pure forward thinking Drum and Bass, Krust is a producer that has always looked for new techniques and taken a stroll into the more jaded areas of music that others fear to tread. One of the best tracks of all time is Soul in Motion, a track that really does take you on a journey into drum & bass. This is a new collection of tunes with everyone being well thought out and crafted like a carpenter would take time making a fine piece of furniture, this is the music most producers like to think they can make… The truth is that most producers are scared of making tracks out of the norm in case the loose the credibility, Krust however can pull it off and is miles ahead. The proof is in that this music will stand the test of time, I don’t want to list the best tracks because they are all different and all very very good. With the CD release you also get a bonus disc featuring Krauts anthems from both FC and V Recordings like Maintain, Warhead and Soul in Motion. The main point to this review is to make sure the music buyers don’t consider this as a here today gone tomorrow release but rather buy the Vinyl to DJ out and the CD to pump up in the car. Highly Recommended.
