Occupy Your Mind Records are back with another superb mixed compilation this time mixed by head-honcho’s Lunatrix and DJ Vokal. Featuring anybody whose anybody from the UK Rap scene, it’s this CD that features the huge Vokal produced ‘Ghetto Girl’ track by Lethal and Mr. Ti2bs that’s been hammered by Kiss FM and BBC1xtra. Also on the CD are notable appearances from the likes of Sway, Kyza, Example, Skinnyman, Shamless, Loudmouth and Plan B. Contributions from OYM artists Kid Rad and Reload impress too with on point flows and deliveries every-time. Be sure to be on the lookout for the video for ‘Signs’ by Kid Rad hitting TV screens soon, as well a forthcoming street album. This compilation has to be one of the strongest hip-hop releases of 2007 so far, and not only is it a testament to where the home-grown scene is right now, it’s also a bloody good listen!!! Make sure this CD is in your collection.
