Nick Holder and Kaje have racked up a few years of experience between them and this serves them well on their eclectic self-titled debut, a record that moves between dub and funk, even jazz at times, but keeps deep four to the floor beats as its common denominator. This means your average house head is perfectly catered for on tracks like ‘Nightkoder’, ‘I Believe In Freedom’ and ‘Getting High’, but the distinctive dub excursion, ‘Jah Shall Come’, is excellent also.
