It’s always interesting to see what Chris Carter has hidden up his sleeve, and this is certainly ‘interesting’. He’s teamed up with Fine Cut Bodies to craft a slice of precision tech funk that goes all over the shop in a kind of ‘alien-Charleston stomp’ way. All the usual bleeps and blips are here, with the trademark rolling edits and linear wiggles you’d expect. This is kind of cheeky glitch that has a bit of fun about it, rather than being up its own arse and most importantly, has a kind of other-worldly funk to keep your hips swinging.
