I’ve already salivated over the incendiary ‘Something Came Up’ album and homed in on ‘Blood On The Moon’, whose huge, Led Zep-force beat-and-noise bombardment came topped with psychotically-claustrophobic call-and-response vocals by Suicide’s Alan Vega and Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie, two of music’s most enduring mavericks. The riveting original is here plus a harsh electro-crashing take by In Flagranti. The darkly-atmospheric ‘Boy Bitten’, which features sultry vocals from newcomer Rita Brown, gets taken away and given some electro-boogie shock treatment by Padded Cell – Bronx Dog Richard Sen and ex-Dirty Beatnik Neil Beatnik.
