Move Ya! & Steve Lavers mean business. Not happy with churning out excellent funky breaks of the relentless variety, these guys are now experimenting with guitars and coming up with devastating results. ‘Rock Me’, which (legally) samples some vintage hip-hop acapella, has been doing the do for a while and now come more mixes. There’s a Stripped Down version (131) and a British Intelligence remix full of old-school flavours (114) but Steve Lavers takes things that bit further with a full rock assault reminiscent of The Prodigy (136).
