Electro-booted rock outfit with heavy dub bass come out to play and it has to be said that singer Rob Diament is a ringer for Marc Almond at his 83 sleaze heights. Clipped and muscly production accentuates the melody. The vinyl brings in the remixers: Cursor Minor with the jerky acid breaks, new Horseglue signing Noblesse Oblige bringing out the songs moody drama with full vocal and finally, Crispin J. Glovers new Stash collective with live drums and grunge guitars. I love the way that rock n roll always takes a battering over the years and now its the hot new sound in dance music. Again.
