With many of the capital’s big DJs gracing its decks, Inigo is a pub/bar that regularly turns into the best (free) rave-up south of the river (punters dancing on the bar included). Five years on and it’s still one of London’s best kept secret but Inigo is now also a label (well three actually). First release is on the breaks imprint, ‘All That Shines’ kicks like a mule until drama makes way courtesy of rock singer Adam. Ruff beats, menacing synths and a poppy goth vibe that works, Ned aka DJ Eskimo, the other half of the duo, balances out well feeling and energy (140 BPM). With its ‘Fools Gold’ breakbeats and grinding synths, the instrumental flip is ravier and more common (141).
