Platipus have been spreading their wings lately with a re-release of the classic ‘2 Full moons and a trout’ from Union Jack which got the once over from Luke Chable & Kosmas Epsilon. Now their back with a double compilation Cd which sees these two put together over 2 hours of exciting music. There’s tracks from Dan Mangan, Gus Gus, V-Sag and Andrew K and Minilogue along with productions and collaborative projects from themselves, (Lo-Step and Can Kosmas) which are pieced together nicely. It might not be as peaktime as you might expect but is defiantly one for the collection.
