DJ Heather’s philosophy is “it’s about sound, not flash”. Her mix for Fabric upholds those sentiments, producing solid, extremely danceable house music that builds steadily from Marko Militano’s ‘Good People’ through to the catchy ‘Ze Theme’ of D’Julz. Once settled into a groove Heather hits a rich vein of form with Mr Hall Lee, DJ Mes and two tracks from Mike Delgado all funky round the edges. This is bouncy Chicago house that’s chunky on the outside and fluffy on the inside, blended with skill and a touch of flair.
