This long-running series never fails to throw up a belter as names like Dave Clarke, Hell, Voorn, Bug, Shinedoe and Technasia, who’ve all blown the roof off Belgium’s renowned club, peel off their personal selection for a good night’s entertainment. Swedish techno titan Adam Beyer turns in the expected trawl through techno heaven, unfurling names including Patrik Skoog, Joel Mull, Braincell, Paco Osuna, Kyle Geiger, Mauro Picotto, Anton Pieete and his own exclusive remix of Mathew Jonson’s ‘Marionette’. Smith & Selway’s ‘Total Departure’ pulls out the old jet plane liftoff effect and by that time you can imagine a roomful of nutters collectively levitating several feet into the air and staying there. It’s that sort of album.
