The sound of NagNagNag shines again as jonny Slut and Fil OK unleash their wild, bristling follow-up to ‘Ball & Chain’. ‘Zero Zero’ laces the duo’s electro sensibilities to a filthed-up house vamp which, after establishing a mesmerising momentum, brings in the 303 as a killer punch. The flip’s ‘Nostalgia [There’s No Money In The Underground]’ ropes in Readers Wifes for an extra dimension of darkness and the tones of New York’s Justin Bond from ‘cabaret terrorists’ Kiki & Herb. There’s an unabandoned vibe of degenerate fun afoot but the music more than stands up to the task of creating a pair of dancefloor destroyers.
