This week’s bootleg is of course a re-interpretation of Primal Scream’s ‘Rocks’. The beat’s a touch too trad house, but this respectful rework is still very impressive. By cleverly stretching the song and bringing a fresh, clubby structure to the rockin’ anthem, whoever is behind this has done a superb production job. The breakdown is an absolute killer (vocal and dub mixes, 126 BPM).
