Kiko, the most prolific French man in show-biz, and his sidekick Gino have yet another 12Ó out Ð this time on their own Hot Banana imprint. Along the lines of their recent releases on Gigolo and Lasergun, the men from Grenoble are getting tougher and tougher, once again with a contemporary update on the oppressive e.b.m. sound (techno’s gay/goth precursor). It sure does the job but doesn’t quite match the inspiration of Kiko’s more italo-orientated productions.
