Like them or not, The Killers – or rather their hooky songs – are here to stay. After ‘When You Were Young’ comes new single ‘Read My Mind’ and no doubt this will be another biggie but will it work on the dancefloor? Despite synthpop luminaries Pet Shop Boys and Linus Loves in the remix seat, these brave reworks (PSB’s grand and epic rendition notably) will probably work best on radio (also Gabriel & Dresden mix).
