‘One’ fittingly launches Variance recordings’ debut release. An old-school
house track that jacks as if Shoom only happened yesterday, Adultnapper’s
remix turns it into a stoned groover that focuses on out of control perc and
fx. However the real gem is An2’s version, a cold euro-disco
reinterpretation half-italo, half-Human League circa-Rushent that sounds as
good at home than on the dancefloor.
