MY MY
KLAATA
PLAYHOUSE

Who needs dull seventies prog, pretentious jazz-rock and e-fuelled techy rave rolled into one? Some people are raising their voices against the deep clicky electro tech-house that’s currently flooding Europe and they have a point. Occasionally though, humour creeps in and it all falls into place. ‘Klaata’ is one such track. Layers of stoopid funky noises and cut-up beats create an hilarious scenario that’s giving ‘Flat Eric’ a good run for his money. Written by Lee Jones (Hefner) who’s now relocated in Berlin, this is the debut single from My My, the band he’s put together with likeminded pals Hôppner, Klemann and Tittel.
