James Holden’s mate from Norfolk pops up on the Slovenia-based label with the tune that marked his debut on Border Community in late 2003. The original was obviously influenced by the electro-clash fad of the time, being an instrumental revolving around the movement’s omnipresent malevolent bassline. This is built on with haunting techno riffs. The release allows main man Umek to have a pop at remixing the tune, which he does without changing much except beefing things up and upping the haunting strings.
