Paul Bonomo aka Snax has collaborated with quite a few artists over the years, as well as being in an art trio / gay punk band called Fagbash, he’s also worked with Jamie Lidell, Peaches and Soffy O, so you get an idea where Snax is coming from. ‘Immer So’ is like a trip round Paisley Park, as high pitched camped up vocals spin on stilletto heels over purple tinted electro funk. Kaos give ‘Immer So’ a 4/4 re-rub, adding a percolating keyboard bass and taking it straight to the disco floor. Over on the flip Justus Kohncke strips it back and gets spaced out with some twisted jazz flourishes. Snax has got his second album ‘Love Pollution’ lined up & ready to go, but in the meantime wrap your bits around this sexy little package.
