Øistein Johan Eide aka Boom Jinx has produced music for more than fifty commercials and is now seeking recognition as dance producer. Based on the bassline of Gat Decor’s classic ‘Passion’, ‘Remember September’ is soaked in whooshes and delayed effects but deep down there’s a discreet melody which is coming out of its shell. Not the kind of track that instantly jumps at you but rich and dreamy enough to attract attention. On the flip the Duderstadt remix works along the same lines but is more conventional sounding.
