Carpetface cuts a rug (there’s one) and won’t be walked all over (there’s two) on this afro-kinking, live band funk prance where guitars are given extra wah-wah and medallions are worn at the front of an anti-war march representing the block party. He raps, sings, blames elders, is enough to floor you (there’s a third) and deserves heavy rotation(ation).
