An unusually plastic-sounding release on Hiero, with Mike Lowe entrusted with getting fists pumping in a state of synthesised, know-who’s-boss, Dipset-favouring delirium proud of its flashy, gimmicky side. OC’s street commentaries for his fifth long-player simply sound worn-out, shooting absolutely nothing from out of the ordinary and barely getting near his label of being “heavy metal headbanger AC/DC gangsta rock on PCP”. He grips the mic tight enough, but there’s not enough illusion being used here.
