The nose-pinching pipsqueak is back wreaking funk and disorderly conduct. While ‘Rap Cats’ carries the most clarity, Quas flicking through his hip-hop hall of fame annual as a goodtime jig gets beaten up out back, ‘Greenery’ pops on the weed-smoking space jacket and ‘Bus Ride’ plays the begging bowl bum you always get lumbered next to on the number 27.
