4th Sign aka producers Joss Moog & Around7 deliver just the right amount of crossover between soulful and dancefloor with these six productions set primed for your sonic pleasure. ‘Sparks’ is the obvious standout with its jazzy disco grooves feeling life-assuring and energised, although the late night intensity of ‘En Vrac’ comes a close second care off its tense double–bass and non-formulaic strings. Also of definite note are the slower jams too with the playful funkiness of, ‘Wild Life’ feeling particularly appealing. Have fun spotting the samples…
