A welcome return for both the ‘Where Love Lies’ singer and also this tune which first caused ripples in 2002 before reappearing last year with new mixes from Silicone Soul and Sam La More. Now it surfaces again on this happening Italian label with new treatments from Germany’s Manuel Tur, who whips up a kind of prog-minimal hybrid whose haunting pulse could plant it in a similar field to Todd Terry’s take on ‘Missing You’. There’s also a throbbingly atmospheric dub.
