Quite a package here for your investigation if you fancy a trip to the darker side of the moon. The original can claim direct lineage to the under produced jacking sound of Chicago’s Traxx experiments; the looping groove burrows into your brain and makes your feet twitch. The “Blue Room” project step up with their aural blender set to maximum and proceed to flay the original alive with some stupendous sound manipulation. Thankfully heavy bass is not far behind to start the party. “Xaric” head into minimal territory for an excursion into atonal wonkyness; a sonic K Hole for the more deranged amongst you. Saving the best for last we finish up with the mighty Perc and one hell of a remix. Pure heads down teeth grinding, mind melting peak time, club slaying, zombie making madness and one of the best records of the month.
