Chemical Brothers – Sometimes I Feel So Deserted – (Virgin / EMI)

The Chemical Brothers. ‘Sometimes I Feel So Deserted’ is a bleepy, grungey, guitar soaked, full on assault to the senses. It’s a fine introduction to their MMXV universe where their distressed and distorted technologic mixed with a sweet falsetto vocal swirls around, over, under and through you like a flashing neon message in a bottle in their dark numeric matrix. It’s a fabulous teaser for ‘Born In The Echoes’ their upcoming album and their headlining festival tour. Welcome back Ed and Tom and batten down the hatches everybody else.
