Daddy’s Groove make the now common shift in EDM evolution, tone down the squealing, aggressive theatrics that keep the festival tent jumping and produce a smooth, radio friendly electro pop vocal cut. With its rolling synth guitar loop it is vaguely reminiscent of Alan Braxe’s ‘Discopolis’ and it has that easy indie / folk male vocal that makes it very pleasing to the ear. It has a great face – and an assured place – on the radio.
