Ending the year on not so much as a bang but more of a blissful retreat DAVI’s spiritually charged production provocatively plays hide and seek with your imagination. ‘Gates Of Babylon’ minus the beats would point to ambient heaven but with them gives the eastern flavours, taught bass and heightened atmospheres a perfectly executed punch- music to get lost in. Second track, ‘Eclipse’ continues with eastern notation playing out over crisp percussion and yet more fabulous effects bouncing across your stereo.
