Update regulars will know that I make no secret of my admiration for Blaze as both songwriters and producers. ‘Save A Place On The Dancefloor For Me’ is a case in point with this fabulous re-working of Dawn Tallman’s sure-fire anthem from last year set to ignite this one. The formula is perfectly simple: a killer loop and a great vocal. Plus, with little in the way of frills or fuss the arrangement takes the message direct to the dancefloor, and one which could well bridge various musical boundaries.
