In the late eighties italo-house was all about bouncy piano riffs and hands in the air. Fifteen years on, it hasn’t changed that much. Piano’s still one major ingredient, things have just got more sentimental – Ennio Morricone stylee. The catchy ‘Every Day’ offers another striking example of lyrical piano and strings combined with the warmth of the Latin groove.
