We’re still playing ‘Love Theme’ from the last Fred Falke ‘Music For My Friends EP’ so we’re very excited by another single so quickly. Enlisting the services of vocalist Teff Balmer the two have come up with Gallic-American homage to the heady days of Windy City house pioneered by the likes of Marshall Jefferson, Frankie Knuckles and Chez Damier. It’s backed by the more analogue sleazy disco pastiche ‘Back To Stay’ more typical of the producer’s past dance output. Incidentally Work It Baby are working on their first compilation set for release in a couple of months with exclusives from the likes of Falke, label mogul Kris Menace, Charlie Fanclub, Savage and Patrick Alavi.
