This may come as a slight surprise for those of you who know Greg from his sterling work at Defected, but this isn’t House. It is in fact rather lovely, even a touch melancholy, cinematic music that brushes the heartstrings most certainly on ‘A Fading Glance’ care of its delicate piano and ambient atmosphere’s. ‘Mayflies’ continues the theme with more emphasis on the drums, although notably compounded by intensely deep pads. Which then leaves the introspective title track’s peaking electronics, undulating percussive sounds alongside occasional, solitary voices to end what is an impressive selection of music either way.
