Everybody loves a Cluedo / Whodunnit moment and this little ID release is the current question du jour? Is it Oliver Heldens? Is it Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike? All we know is that it’s a massively big room sounding, deep house release that has been created by two masked and yet to be revealed producers known up to now as ‘ID’. And musically? It’s all about the big sounding rave pads that are bigger than the paws on a sabre toothed tiger. It centres these around the depth charged keys that resonate louder than the radar on an Atlantean submarine. Then add some sensual, register climbing ‘ows, Oohs’ and soulful ad libs that breathe hot, moist air on the back of your neck and you have a stand up, stand alone, club banger that the Pope is viewing with great suspicion. It’s so large it’s almost pornographic.
