Wheeler del Toro suddenly appeared in the scene and entered it with quite a splash. He seems to be a hard working man as many of his tracks are circulating on various labels. His song together with legendary US vocalist Kenny Bobien was released on classic imprint Nervous earlier this year, but now Master At Work himself, mister Kenny Dope goes to work and takes the track into another dimension. This new remix from the Brooklynite is a glorious one baked in the sun’s warming rays. It’s built on a loose, Latin-tinged breakbeat with big chords, expressive xylophone stylings and plenty of irresistible syncopation. The buttery smooth vocals bring the soul up top and help make this a track that will remain. For Kenny (Dope)’s fans an Instrumental is added as well-pure mayhem. Congrats to all involved, this is serious House Music.
