San Francisco deepness ahoy. Saul Kato and Daniel Gerber make their debut on RIP in highly impressive style. Several disco elements are running amok here – bassline, wah-wah guitar splashes, squirty synths plus a snatch of scatting from George Kranz’s immmortal early 80s monster ‘Din Da Daa’. Then Soul Mekanik come in for a remix which injects funky breaks, extra guitar and emphasises the synth. There’s even a toytown rave element in there somewhere. Wigged out, massive fun.
