This was one of the highlights of my radio show on Monday night [fnoob.com, bi-weekly on Mondays, 9-11pm!]: a dreamy, funky driver with vocal hook and budgie-buttocks vibe. Titanic mixes too: Marko Militano’s treatment takes it to a gorgeous plateau with subtle bass manoeuvrings and luscious tones; label honcho Pete Dafeet adds some complex little riffs while retaining the deep, hypnotic flavour, while Latvia’s Artie Flexs [himself riding high at the moment with the ‘Damaged’ EP] thrusts the main riff into a vat of opiated pad heaven. Killer package.
