This duo regularly attracts attention thanks to its eclectic output and this new release, vibey, melodic and naïve, is no different (proper balearica?). Simple and evocative ‘Son Of Dragon’ is based around nostalgic pads and a cheap Yamaha horn-synth (à la Steve Silk Hurley). Afromento aka DJ Fudge & Hedi Benromdan (Paris) deliver an er, afro re-rub that doesn’t loose any of the spirituality (think DJ Gregory on good form). The Karizma mix gets a little dirtier.
