Visionquest launch their brand new offshoot with this hot production from Leftroom’s Matt Tolfrey. Love the stripped down to essentials aspect to this with energetic beats driving the funky electronic rhythm’s forward, aided only by occasional vocals plus the eventual addition of extra pulsating keys over its eight and half minute workout. The EC1 Mix and the excellent Ghetto version provide alternatives to the main title with the laters’ Detroit bass and soulfully melodic vocals adding the human touch to it all. Which then leaves the, FX Mix to do exactly as it says with its stunning display of effects, minus the main beats, providing a tense atmospheric backdrop.
